Some of our customers have received a text message or email reminding them to pay their water bill that has the wrong amount listed. These messages are tied to our third-party online and phone payment system only and is not affecting our internal billing system. We are therefore asking our customers to NOT PAY ONLINE OR BY PHONE. You may alternatively drop off your payment at the police dispatch window located at 111 Ewing Blvd. We will waive any late fees related to this inconvenience. Our internal billing system is showing the correct amounts so payment by check or in person are not affected. We will send out a notification once the error has been corrected.
