Just 20 miles south of downtown Dallas, Ferris continues to experience growth while also benefiting from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, the fourth largest metropolitan area in the United States.

The primary retail intersections of the City of Ferris are Interstate 45 between Eighth Street and Fifth Street, 664 (Ovilla Road) and 660. There are additional retail opportunities along these sectors, and though the I-45 corridor is the primary nucleus, other areas outside of I-45, 664, and 660 within the community are available for development.
