Voluntary Annexation – FM 664/Ovilla Road & SHAW CREEK BLVD (Southwest Corner)
A petition for voluntary annexation into the corporate limits of the City of Ferris, Texas, of ±17.449 acres of land situated in the Mason Phelps Survey, Abstract No. 824, and the John W. Baker Survey, Abstract No. 35 and within the Extra Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Ferris, Ellis County, Texas has been received.
Public Hearings will be held on Monday, December 5th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Ferris City & ISD Administration Building – Joint Board & Council Chambers, 301 E 5th St., Ferris, TX for the possible consideration/action on the annexation ordinance.
